Marketing isn’t always measurable
You’ve probably heard the saying “what gets measured gets managed.”
In other words, if you’re not measuring the impact of your marketing, then it’s difficult to manage. I wrote about which metrics to track here.
But marketing isn’t always measurable. Sometimes you can’t measure return on investment (ROI) and that’s okay.
For example, you’re probably not going to be able to measure the ROI of a booth at a local community event. That doesn’t mean it’s not worth it.
Remember the goal of marketing is to be top of mind when someone is ready to buy. The more you show up, the more top of mind you’ll be.
