Relatability is accessibility

As my friend Patrick Casale of All Things Private Practice says, authenticity is relatability.

Relatability is also accessibility.

If your marketing is relatable and you work with clients who are part of marginalized groups, you’re creating accessibility for them.

When they read your website, they'll know you can be safe for them. They don't have to retell their story. They can just drop into the experience without shame or judgment.

And that’s a really beautiful part of humanity.
